who has been with the firm for 32 years, and recently became licensed to practice Family Law on a limited basis as a Licensed Legal Paraprofessional (LLP).
Diane and Cheri personally handle all cases, which results in an exemplary level of personalized service. The types of Family Law cases that the firm handles are primarily Divorce/Dissolution of Marriage; Post-Decree matters; Allocation of Parental Responsibilities (decision making and parenting time for children); Child Support; Paternity/Parentage; Contempt Citations; and Expert Witness testimony related to fees in Domestic Relations cases; etc.
