Diane is a Colorado native, born in Boulder, Colorado.  She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Metropolitan State College of Denver in 1974; her Masters in Public Administration from the University of Colorado in 1977; and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver in 1987.  Diane was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1988.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Diane's background includes law enforcement, with the Lakewood Dept. of Public Safety, and she owned/operated National Investigations Agency for over 10 years, with offices in Denver, CO and Albquerque, NM, specializing in arson and claims investigation for a number of major insurance companies.

Diane is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Family Law Section, and also the Adams/Broomfield Bar Association.

When Diane is not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Buddy, photography, and spending time at her place in Arizona where she will eventually retire.  Diane is a member of several local photo clubs, and had several showings in local libraries and art show exhibitions.

Cheri is also a Colorado native, born in Denver, Colorado.  Cheri began working for Diane in May, 1992 as an office-shared Secretary, while attending college at Metropolitan State College of Denver.  Cheri obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Metropolitan State College of Denver in 1999, majoring in Criminal Justice & Criminology, with a minor in Psychology.  Cheri has been with the firm for nearly 32 years as the firm's Legal Assistant/Paralegal and Office Manager.  Cheri is currently studying to take the LLP Exam on April 30th, with the goal of becoming a Licensed Legal Paraprofessional, providing her with a limited license to practice family law.

Cheri is married (to Bob) with two children, Jordan (married to Dylan) and Brady (who is in High School), and has one grandchild, Maverick.  When Cheri is not managing the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her German Shepherds, Titus and Daisey, watching her son play high-school baseball, being entertained by her grandson, camping, hiking, being outdoors, and spending time at the beach.
