Mediation Services

Mediation sessions are generally scheduled as one-half (1/2) day sessions, but can also be scheduled for full-day sessions.  Mediation fees are charged at the rate of $120/hour, with each party to pay one-half the fee for same ($60/hour per party).  The retainer for a one-half day session is $240 per party; and retainer for a full-day session is $480 per party.

A Mediation Confidentiality Form will by signed by both parties prior to the Mediation session.  In addition to the Mediation session, the parties may elect to have Diane draft their Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).  If time permits, drafting time will be included in the Mediation session charge; and if time does not permit, the parties may elect to have Diane draft the MOU outside of the session at the same rate of $120/hour.

In preparation for a Mediation session, each party will be afforded an opportunity to provide Diane with a two (2) page position statement regarding the issues to be mediated (along with supporting documentation), at least three (3) business days prior to the Mediation session.
